As per dealers, last week was good for Bursa Malaysia shares but today in the early trading, its shares opened weaker on profit-taking.
It is expected that market will play rotational game on lower liners said by dealers. They also said that if buying slows down then profit-taking interest should increase to check gains.
If US equity market will performed positively then it will definitely boost trading in Asia and in the local bourse said by HwangDBS Vickers Research Sdn Bhd. It also said that its Malaysian benchmark, FBM KLCI will climb towards its target of 1605.
Bursa Malaysia's Finance Index was up 28.92 points to 14,933.16, the Plantation Index was down 0.35 points to 7,848.51, and the Industrial Index jumped 4.85 points to 2,846.1.
The FTSE Bursa Malaysia Emas Index increase 4.92 points to 10,871.03, the Malaysia Mid 70 Index declined 1.979 points to 11,837, and the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Ace Index mounted 15.7 points to 4,812.
