Yesterday it was reported by News agency AFP that at a Dubai court Arnold has got the life imprisonment. Hussain al-Jaziri was his lawyer; he held that this sentence is identical 25 years in the United Arab Emirates.
On Sunday there was a change in the decision of the Court of Appeals which was issued by the Court of First Instance on June 7. In the earlier judgment Arnold of 42, was found accountable of first degree killing and locked up for
15 years.
Jaziri assumed that at present the family wants to know from Arnold that where their daughter's body is.
In August 2008 her daughter, winter died. She was of 36, this happened after a fight with Arnold. He was accused by the prosecutors that he beat her with a baseball bat and put her silent.
He dumped her tatty body in the ocean. Because her body was yet to be found, he was secured the death punishment.
When Arnold killed her from that time he is the custody. He also got a one-month jail prison term meant for causing danger to the life of a Lebanese housemate of winter by moving a baseball bat at him also.
