Thousands of holidaymakers have to rearrange their summer vacations as another travel group of UK collapsed in just a time period one month. This has been the third one to collapse.
The aviation regulators were trying to get the 13,000 travelers to home who were on the trip when the London based travel group Flight Options and its major trading arm Kiss Travels collapsed yesterday. Market experts have already given warnings that other travel companies of UK will feel the pressure and may even collapse before this summer.
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has said that the customers of Flight Options who were due to leave before 6pm should reach to the airport as planned before. The CAA has arranged places to allow the travelers to travel out on their holidays for next one day to protect the customers.
In a statement the company has requested the customers who made earlier bookings should contact their travel agents for alternatives. The people who have booked flight tickets for Egypt, Greece, Turkey and Canaries or beyond for September will receive their money back through the protection scheme of the Air Travel Organizers' Licensing (Atol) of CAA.
