Apple will tweak iPod Nano heating in Japan

ipod-nanoApple has pledged to improve warnings that are tagged with overheating of iPod Nano devices on its Japanese website.

The statement released by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, listed out a detailed report on how the plans deal with the overheating problems that goes with its first generation iPod Nano units in Japan.

The idea is to improve on warnings and safety guidelines in the website and will offer a product recalling in few of the dreadful matters.

Apple wishes to act on the issue following the report of government body with 27 overheating cases released after recharging the device. The case offers six Nano devices that might catch fire and may cause minor burns that are coming with four unsuspecting users.

The ministry stated: "It will improve the homepage in a way to make it easy for users to understand with regard to warnings and measures to prevent recurrences of incidents."
