Yahoo vice president Srinija Srinivasan has pronounced that she wants to step down, as reported by WSJ.
Srinivasan was associated with Yahoo for 15 years and lend a hand in listing services for the directory of websites. She is also considered to be the fifth original employee of the company and is considered to be one of the most looked out person in the industry.
Srinivasan in her Yodel Anecdotal blog wrote: "In embarking on the task of bringing order to so much information, we established foundational principles for the voice of Yahoo, which are as relevant today as they were when the Web was new."
Srinivasan stated that this step is more of graduation from Yahoo as an employee, to a user.
Her future plans enlist of spending some time at SF JAZZ, a San Francisco-based non-profit organisation that organizes San Francisco's annual jazz festival. Srinivasan is a renowned member of White House Commission on Presidential Scholars.
