Fujifilm has announced the launch of two new high-definition digital cameras named, JV100 and JV150 in the Indian market.

Both the digital cameras aimed at photography enthusiasts in the country offer advanced features like high sensitivity for ease in capturing fast moving object and digital image stabilizer for avoiding blur from camera shake.

Kenichi Tanaka, Managing Director, Fujifilm India said, “High-definition JV series cameras are dedicated to photography enthusiasts. HD feature is our domain."

The Finepix JV100 has a resolution of 12-megapixel and JV150 has that of 14-megapixel. Both the cameras have Fujinon 3x optical zoom lenses. The advanced Fujinon 3x optical zoom technology is used in various technical areas such as satellite, TV/film, security and compact cameras.

The cameras have a maximum sensitivity of ISO3200 allowing users to take clear pictures even in less or dim lighting. The cameras are also quipped with the 6 scene SR AUTO (Scene Recognition Auto) and face recognition technology.

Country General Manager (DSC), Fujifilm India, A Rajkumar expressed that the new JV series of cameras from the company will have good fan following due to its advanced features and high quality pictures.

The cameras are priced in the range of Rs 7,799.
