Polaris Software acquires Laser Soft for Rs 52 crore in all cash deal
Polaris Software Labs, leading banking software company, has informed that it will soon purchase Laser Soft.
As per official sources, the company will pump Rs 52 crore all, in cash for the acquisition.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Polaris Software functionaries stated that the company has entered into a definitive pact with Chennai-based Laser Soft as will as its principal shareholders to acquire its 100 per cent equity shares.
Laser Soft is a software product company engages in offering an entire range of banking operations, which comprises core banking as well as specialized products like treasury, trade finance in addition to cash management.
