The composer of the hit musical, Chang & Eng, Mr. KEN Low passed away on Wednesday night due to pneumonia.

Mr. Low had also made the Uniquely Singapore campaign for the Tourism Board of Singapore.

He was the Assistant Chief Executive (marketing) of STB and made attempts to make the international marketing of Singapore an international destination. At this year's Shanghai World Expo he also managed the Singapore Pavilion platform.

He also oversaw the Aichi World Expo in 2005.

STB's Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Aw Kah Peng, revealed in a press conference that Mr. Low provided motivation to his colleagues and was a role model for them. She said that Ken inspired them with his imagination and spurred everyone in the most demanding projects.

He was a part of the board since 2003. Early last month, he was admitted to the hospital and his death was a surprise for many people involved in the arts and other creative fields.

Mr. Low who became a citizen of Singapore got an engineering degree from the University of Leicester, Britain. Before joining the board, he served in Singapore Post and Citibank as a Marketing Director.
