Aditya Birla Hospital is all set to organize the 10th Annual National Conference. The agenda of the meeting will be ‘Health Information, Medico Legal Management & Documentation’. The proposed date of commencement is 9th and 10th April. A list of guests has been made who will be speaking at the conference.
The very first session will be on 'Challenges in EMR Implementation/International Healthcare Documentation and Common Practices'. The speakers will include T Nithiya Kirubakaran, Manager - Medical Records, NMC Specialty Hospital, UAE and Dr GD Mogli, Sr Consultant eHealth Management, HEARTCOM Inc (USA).
The session on 'Role of Health Records in Accreditation / Quality Assurance' will be attended by Ranjith R Menon, Co-Founder & Senior Consultant, Isos Consultancy Services, Bangaluru and Dr SP Singh, CEO, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, Pune.
Another session covering 'Forensic Nursing Documentation & Legal Issues in Medical Records Documentation' will be attended by eminent speakers like Dr. Suganthi Iyer, Asst Director - Legal & Medical Services, Dr. Ajay Patil, Medico Legal Consultant, Medi-shield, Mumbai.
Session on 'Statutory Acts & Impact of Information Technology in Health Records' will be addressed by Niranjan Kumar, COO, MEDTEK, Chennai and Sanna Veerabhadrappa, Senior Medical Record Officer, VIMS, Bellary.
The last session will be concentrating upon 'Employee Motivation and Benefits of EMR & its Implementation Process' and will be attended by Wilson Thaya, Organizing Secretary- HERAI, Manager - MRD, Sundaram Medical Foundation and Boser Raja, Center Head, Vasan Eye Care Hospitals.
