WordPressIn an outrage which lasted for a total of 2 hours, network problems managed to push over 10 million WordPress blogs offline.

As has been shared by WordPress. com, the problem was caused by a core router change which happened at one of its data center providers, and this "broke the site". Company estimates say that during the outrage, some 5.5 million page views were lost by the blogosphere.

Ralsky put behind bars for 51 months

Alan Ralsky, 64, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, who reportedly used spam to manipulate stock prices in order to make a profit, was sentenced to 51 months in prison in U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on Monday. Ralsky is claimed to be one of the most notorious U. S.-based spammers.

A statement issued by the U. S. Department of Justice (DOJ) specified that back in June, Ralsky was found guilty of conspiring to commit wire fraud, mail fraud and violating the CAN-SPAM act.

Singapore Govt., in order to deal with terror attacks on the Internet, has set up an agency. 
The Singapore Infocomm Technology Security Authority (SITSA) will be the national expert authority on technology security threats and will commence working on Thursday.

The chief aim behind its creation is to strengthen Singapore's security infrastructure, particularly in light of recent attacks on the websites of governments and major organizations in places like Estonia, the United States and South Korea.
