The annual net profit of StarHub has declined significantly in the year 2010. There has been a decline of around 18 per cent in the net profit figure of the company for the year. As per the initial reports, the hike in capital expenditure has pulled down the net profit of the company in the year under review.

Sources say that CapitaCommercial Trust could be very close to selling StarHub Centre, a 10-storey commercial building at Cuppage Road. The centre is valued at $268 million at end-December 2009.
