On Friday, Reliance Industries expressed that it has hoisted up $1.5 billion from its initial standard sale of bonds valued in US dollars. The Billionaire Mukesh Ambani-hold group vended $500 million of 30-year bonds and $1 billion of 10-year notes, the company expressed in a press statement.

RIL or Reliance Industries Limited witnessed a high of one thousand and twenty rupees within the day and became as low as one thousand nine rupees and thirty five paisa in the same day.  

Today at around thirty eight minutes past  nine in the morning it was trading at one thousand twelve rupees and sixty five paisa down by zero decimal five two percent equivalent to five rupees and twenty five paisa.   

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has said on Monday that the proposed merger of its tower business with that of Reliance Communications will not take place as the two parties could not agree on the terms until the deadline last month.

Reliance Marcellus II, the US arm of   Reliance Industries' (RIL) has signed definitive transaction deal which enables them to enter into a joint venture with Carrizo Oil & Gas, based in the US.

Reliance communications has just entered an agreement with HTC, a Taiwan based company to manufacture a phone. The Taiwanese company will mow manufacture a new phone that will be 3G enabled for reliance communications to sell in India.
