A whopping £151.3 million has been announced as bonus to the John Lewis Partnership employees, by the British retail giant. The company's retail sector showed an increase of 9.7%, in its pre-tax profit. The employees of the teams will receive 15% equivalent to their salaries, which is as good as eight weeks of payment.
